About AshborneProjects

Real problems.
Practical software.

AshborneProjects is an independent software company. We identify problems that cost people time, money, or peace of mind — and build focused tools to fix them.

We do not build software to chase markets or fill feature matrices. Every product starts with a specific frustration that real people have and ends with something that makes that frustration go away.

The approach is always the same: understand the problem deeply, build the simplest thing that actually solves it, price it honestly, and keep improving it based on what the people using it need.

Where we work
🏭
Manufacturing
Production floors lose thousands of dollars per hour to downtime that goes unmeasured. We build tools that track machine uptime automatically using cameras already on the floor.

📈
Personal Finance
People are heading toward retirement without a clear picture of where they stand, and existing tools require putting sensitive financial data online. We build private software that runs on your own device.

🏢
Small Business — coming
Small business owners spend too much time on admin that should be automated. Tools in development — announced on our updates page when ready.
What we stand for
01
No bloat
Every feature exists because a real user needed it. Nothing is added to justify a higher price tier or look impressive on a features list.
02
Honest pricing
You pay for what you actually use. No seat fees, no module unlocks, no surprise charges. The price is the price.
03
Actively maintained
Regular updates, fast bug fixes, and new features driven by the people using the software — not a roadmap nobody reads.
04
Try before you buy
Manufacturing tools include a full 7-day free trial with no credit card required. Personal finance tools come with a Either way, you should know it works before you commit.
